Farm Apprenticeships in 2010

Looking to get your hands dirty next year??? The National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service (ATTRA) is a really cool resource that was created to provide "information and other technical assistance to farmers, ranchers, Extension agents, educators, and others involved in sustainable agriculture in the United States." In addition to featuring a bunch of publications and articles about topics like soil management and pest control, it is also a great tool for finding farm apprenticeships and internships on farms in the US and Canada. You can search for positions here, and can connect directly with the farms who have posted, looking for people to work. Happy farming:)

do you know any resources for hearing reviews of apprenticeships by apprentices.... in other words what apprentices thought of working on a given farm?

thanks!
